Connect accessories are precision components with dimensions of Φ120x55mm, crafted from high-performance materials such as F51, 2205, 17-4PH, 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, S17400, SUS630, SUS316, SUS304, SUS420, 4Cr13, and 1Cr13. Manufactured to a precision tolerance of 0.01mm, these parts are processed using advanced techniques, including CNC turning, CNC milling, four-axis machining, five-axis machining, and wire cutting. To ensure exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and surface quality, they undergo specialized surface treatments such as solution treatment, QPQ, high-frequency heat treatment, and electrolytic polishing.

Bracket

Manufactured with a precision tolerance of 0.01mm, it undergoes advanced processing techniques, including CNC milling, four-axis machining, five-axis machining, and wire cutting. To enhance surface quality, durability, and performance, the base is treated with specialized surface treatments such as solution treatment, QPQ, high-frequency heat treatment, and bright treatment, ensuring reliability in demanding applications.

The connector is a customizable precision component crafted from high-strength materials such as SCM440, 1.7223, 40CrMoA, 4140, 40Mn, SCM420, 50CrVA, and 35CrMo.
